Analytics leader with an actuarial spine and an LLM tilt.
I started in actuarial work (reserving and pricing at Esurance and Towers Watson), which taught me to take uncertainty seriously and to defend every number. Over the last decade I moved that discipline into analytics leadership at Credit Karma, where I’ve grown from Manager II to Senior Manager on the Central Analytics team.
Right now my focus is personalization work for new customer segments, the AI Foundations program pushing LLM-assisted analyst workflows across the org, and Credit Karma’s in-app AMA experience. I care a lot about LLM-native workflows, not as novelty, but as the default way analysts should work in 2026. I run Cursor and Claude daily, and built a Claude-to-Slack workflow that pulls conversational context into analyses and promo cases for the ICs on my team.
Outside the day job, I’ve been a Toastmasters member for 9+ years: competitive speaker, no title wins, what I value is the sustained practice. It’s made me a sharper communicator, a better mentor, and (so the team tells me) a less stiff presenter of analytical work to executives.
